Tuesday, Aug. 5, 1:27 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported and a report was filed at a residence on the 16 block of Island Hill Avenue.

Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2:28 a.m.Welfare Check: Officers responded to a welfare check on Holbrook Court; a report was filed.

Tuesday, Aug. 5, 9:09 a.m.Medical Emergency: A patient was transported to the hospital.

Tuesday, Aug. 5, 11:19 a.m.Medical Emergency: A patient was transported to the hospital.

Tuesday, Aug. 5, 10:01 a.m.Harassment: A harassment report was filed.

Tuesday, Aug. 5, 9:44 a.m.Larceny/Fraud: A report was filed for a larceny, forgery, or fraud incident on the 300 block of West Emerson Street.

Tuesday, Aug. 5, 1:25 p.m.Assault: An assault report was filed at the U.S. Post Office on Essex Street.
