Monday, Dec. 22, 11:55 a.m.Larceny/Forgery/Fraud: A report was filed following an incident at Windsor Communities on Banks Place.

Monday, Dec. 22, 12:19 p.m.Suspicious Activity: A report was filed following suspicious activity near the 33 Greenwood Street area.

Monday, Dec. 22, 1:59 p.m.Motor Vehicle Summons: A motor vehicle was stopped near the 300 block of Lebanon Street; a summons was issued for operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle. No name or identifying information was included in the log for this entry.

Monday, Dec. 22, 2:04 p.m.Wire Down: A downed wire was reported near the 15 Maple Street area; services were rendered.

Monday, Dec. 22, 4:13 p.m.Complaint: A report was filed following a complaint on Trenton Street.

Monday, Dec. 22, 4:34 p.m.Larceny/Forgery/Fraud: A report was filed following an incident at Melrose Wakefield Hospital on Lebanon Street.

Monday, Dec. 22, 8:35 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A report was filed following a crash on Grove Street near the 380 block.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, multiple timesMedical Emergency: Police and rescue responded to three medical calls; one patient was transported to a hospital.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, 6:07 a.m.Assist Citizen: Officers responded to the Melrose Diner on West Wyoming Avenue; a report was filed.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, 8:54 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A report was filed following a crash near the intersection of Tremont Street and Lynn Fells Parkway.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, 9:13 a.m.Found/Lost Property: Officers responded to the 30 Garland Street area; services were rendered.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, 3:14 p.m.Motor Vehicle Summons: A motor vehicle was stopped at Melrose Shell on the 800 block of Main Street; a summons was issued. Charges were not listed in the log for this entry.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, 5:20 p.m.Motor Vehicle – Hit and Run: A hit-and-run was reported at the Shaw's Supermarket parking lot on Essex Street; no action was taken.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, 5:34 p.m.Larceny/Forgery/Fraud: A report was filed following an incident at a residence on the 100 block of Laurel Street.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, 5:42 p.m.Motor Vehicle Summons: A motor vehicle was stopped on the 38 East Foster Street block; a summons was issued. Charges were not listed in the log for this entry.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, 11:52 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash near Lynn Fells Parkway and Youle Street was referred to another agency.
