Monday, Nov. 25, 8:15 a.m.–7:48 p.m.Medical Emergencies: Three separate medical emergencies resulted in transport to a hospital; one additional medical call was resolved on scene.

Monday, Nov. 25, 11:04 a.m.Larceny/Fraud: A report was filed following a larceny, forgery, or fraud incident on the 200 block of Lebanon Street.

Monday, Nov. 25, 11:25 a.m.Found/Lost Property: A report was filed after property was found or reported lost near 470 Lynn Fells Parkway.

Monday, Nov. 25, 11:31 a.m.Threats: A report was filed following a threats complaint at Melrose High School, 360 Lynn Fells Parkway.

Monday, Nov. 25, 12:35 p.m.Warrant Service: Officers served a warrant at Melrose Wakefield Hospital, 585 Lebanon Street.

Monday, Nov. 25, 5:01 p.m.Larceny/Fraud: A report was filed following a larceny, forgery, or fraud incident on the 50 block of Argyle Street.

Monday, Nov. 25, 10:00 p.m.Citizen Assist: A report was filed following an incident requiring citizen assistance near 109 Sewall Woods Road.


Tuesday, Nov. 26, 1:02 a.m.Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance near 1159 Main Street; a summons was served.

Tuesday, Nov. 26, 1:31–4:19 a.m.Medical Emergencies: Two medical emergencies resulted in transport to a hospital.

Tuesday, Nov. 26, 9:57 a.m.Assault: A report was filed following an assault at Shaw's Supermarket, 34 Essex Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 26, 10:11 a.m.Unwanted Guest: A report was filed after an unwanted guest incident at a business on the 100 block of West Emerson Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 26, 10:25 a.m.Vandalism: A report was filed following a vandalism incident at a business on the 500 block of Main Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 26, 11:21 a.m.Medical Emergency: A report was filed following a medical emergency.

Tuesday, Nov. 26, 1:43 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported and peace was restored at 185 Main Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 26, 5:34 p.m.Larceny/Fraud: A report was filed following a larceny, forgery, or fraud incident on Wheeler Avenue.

Tuesday, Nov. 26, 6:00 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A report was filed following a motor vehicle accident near 2 Washington Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 26, 6:02 p.m.Animal Complaint: A report was filed following an animal complaint at a residence on the 500 block of Main Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 26, 7:00–10:54 p.m.Medical Emergencies: Three separate medical emergency calls were logged; one resulted in hospital transport, one was resolved by services rendered, and one was referred to another agency.


Wednesday, Nov. 27, 7:42 a.m.–1:06 p.m.Medical Emergencies: Two medical emergencies resulted in transport to a hospital; two additional calls were resolved on scene or referred.

Wednesday, Nov. 27, 11:48 a.m.Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance at East Boston Savings Bank, 108 Main Street; a report was filed.

Wednesday, Nov. 27, 7:41 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Officers responded to a suspicious activity report at a business on the 800 block of Main Street; a report was filed.

Wednesday, Nov. 27, 11:28 p.m.Missing Person: A missing person report was filed at 19 Ashcroft Road.

Wednesday, Nov. 27, 11:40 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident / Arrest: A motor vehicle accident near the 100 block of Bellevue Avenue resulted in the arrest of an adult male. Thursday, Nov. 28, 2:24 a.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency resulted in transport to a hospital.

Thursday, Nov. 28, 9:04 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near 470 Lynn Fells Parkway; officers cleared the scene.

Thursday, Nov. 28, 6:18 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A report was filed following a motor vehicle accident near Lincoln Street and Lynn Fells Parkway.

Thursday, Nov. 28, 2:24 a.m., 11:46 a.m., 2:45 p.m., 6:50 p.m., 8:19 p.m.Medical Emergencies: Multiple medical emergency calls were logged throughout the day; one resulted in hospital transport, one was referred to another agency, and others were resolved on scene.


Friday, Nov. 29, 7:21 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A report was filed following a motor vehicle accident near West Emerson Street and Essex Street.

Friday, Nov. 29, 7:52 a.m.–12:34 p.m.Medical Emergencies: Four medical emergencies resulted in transport to a hospital.

Friday, Nov. 29, 6:46 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A report was filed following a motor vehicle accident on the 100 block of West Wyoming Avenue.

Friday, Nov. 29, 11:41 p.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency resulted in transport to a hospital.


Saturday, Nov. 30, 12:27 a.m.Unwanted Guest / Arrest: Officers responded to an unwanted guest call at Melrose Wakefield Hospital, 585 Lebanon Street; an adult was arrested. Sunday, Dec. 1, 8:39–8:59 a.m.Disturbances: Peace was restored following disturbances at two separate locations — near 21 Bay State Road and at Melrose Care Center nursing home, 40 Martin Street.

Sunday, Dec. 1, 1:36–9:13 p.m.Medical Emergencies: Multiple medical emergency calls were logged; four resulted in hospital transport and one was resolved on scene.
