Monday, May 4, 7:05 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash on the 400 block of Lebanon Street resulted in at least one person being transported to a hospital.

Monday, May 4, 8:11 a.m.Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud complaint was filed at Melrose Police headquarters on the 50 block of West Foster Street.

Monday, May 4, 11:19 a.m.Suspicious Activity: Officers investigated a suspicious activity report at Flag Acres, on the 300 block of Swains Pond Avenue; a report was filed.

Monday, May 4, 3:29 p.m.Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance at Santa Fe Burrito Grill on the 400 block of Main Street; the matter was resolved.

Monday, May 4, 5:27 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed with police; a report was taken.

Monday, May 4, 9:00 p.m.Assault (Unfounded): Officers investigated a reported assault near the intersection of Vinton Street and Lynn Fells Parkway; the report was determined to be unfounded.
