The month's top sale was 286 Porter St., which sold for $1,260,500 on Sept. 3. Notably, 8 of the 17 recorded deeds were transfers from owners into their own family trusts rather than sales to new buyers, meaning the period's actual count of arm's-length sales is smaller than the total deed volume suggests. Four sales closed above $1 million, three between $700,000 and $1 million, and two under $500,000.
