Melrose Home Sales Show Strong Median as Three Properties Top $950,000 in August

Nine of 17 recorded deeds in Melrose carried disclosed sale prices between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, with those transactions ranging from $425,000 to $1,110,000 and a median of $855,000. The month's standout transaction was 110 Crescent Ave., which sold for $1,110,000 to Crescent Ave. LLC. The remaining eight transfers involved trust restructurings or intra-family name changes with no price recorded. With three of nine priced sales below $520,000 all condominiums, and four sales at or above $950,000, the data reflects a market split between a modest condo segment and a consistently high-priced single-family tier.
