The top sale was 127 Larchmont Rd. at $1,465,000, followed by 115 Ellis Farm Lane at $1,202,500 and 389 Porter St. at $1,191,000. Lebanon Street and Main Street each saw three transfers. All five sales with no price recorded yet were family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales, a pattern worth noting for buyers tracking true market activity.
